Mr. Cacace is president of the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce and a trustee of the Yonkers Board of Education.

Mr. Popeleski is an adviser to Accion (now Ascendus) a non-profit micro lender to small  business where he was previously COO. He held prior roles at KKR and UBS.

Mr. Jenkins is GC of Transcat. Previously he was head of the Securities and Capital Markets practice at Harter, Secrest & Emery. He was named lawyer of the year in 2020 for corporate governance. 

Mr. Smith is CFO of  Zwilling J.A. Henckels, a retailer in New York. He was formerly regional CFO at Tiffany & Co. He is a CPA.

Ms. Boyle is CEO of a boutique investment banking and advisory firm with an independent family office.  She has an MBA and is a licensed lawyer.

Mr. Goodwin is a thought leader in fintech, specifically digital assets. He is a partner at Jeanensis.  Previously, at Grant Thorton, where he advised broker-dealers and asset managers.  He was a regulator at the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank after working at The Tokyo Stock Exchange. He speaks Japanese. He is an Emeritus Member and no longer active.
